As a Registered Investment Advisory firm, we recognize the importance of following the ERISA guidelines applicable to sponsors. That's why we have also obtained Investment Manager Status under ERISA with the State of Connecticut, the Security and Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Department of Labor Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration.
