1. Pre-enrollment Phase

This phase is key to setting the stage for rolling out plan enhancements, preparing employees for upcoming changes, and generating excitement about the changes.

2. Enrollment Phase

This phase is often conducted on-site and is very important for introducing the benefits and details of the plan and the tools and information to help employees make informed decisions to achieve their financial goals. At the employee meetings, we offer a variety of tools to facilitate this phase:
